Selling a house is stressful, at best, but selling a house long-distance requires complete trust in your realtor. I am fortunate to have contracted Larry Overstreet to, not only sell my residence, but also to oversee repairs and renovations that will make the property more attractive to potential buyers.. To have attempted to facilitate this myself, from my apartment in New York City, would have been an exercise in potential delays and snap decisions.
There are some people in this world who are simply good and moral people--people who are always willing to help without the thought of recognition or personal gain, people who value honesty and integrity. Larry is one of these rare individuals. I can always count on him to tell me the truth, to care for me and my financial situation, and to be patient and give me sound advice. His character and ethics are impeccable, and his "old fashioned" values are a comfort in a world where making a fast profit often drives a business transaction.
I rest easy knowing that my house is in good hands. I have complete confidence that I and my buyer will be treated fairly because Larry is my real estate agent. Selling a house does not have to be stressful if you make the right decision from the outset--choosing someone who will handle your sale as if it were his own home, and you were a member of his family.
Sincerely.

My husband and I became first time homebuyers in 2007. We moved from Michigan to North Carolina and knew little to nothing about the triangle area let alone the home buying and home loan process. It was by luck that we found Larry Overstreet. From the very first phone call, he made us feel like we were his only clients. We were very impressed with Mr. Overstreet's ability and willingness to educate us about the entire process. Larry addressed all of our concerns and was very thorough and patient in his explanations. This was the largest purchase of our lives and Larry was able to make it less grievous. Besides helping us with the loan and house buying process, Larry was able to tell us about the area that we were moving into. We appreciated Larry's honesty, helpfulness, and professionalism. We recommend Larry Overstreet to anyone buying property in Person County.
Let me know if you need anything else and thanks for all of your help.

After working with Larry I sincerely wished that I had another house in Roxboro to sell because he did such a great job. My house was an older home that had been rental property, so it needed some work. Larry was willing to meet with me and look look over the house before my contractor had completed the renovations and he gave me good feedback on how to best proceed. After the house was on the market, the prospective buyer identified additional work that needed to be done and Larry did a terrific job of finding local professionals to take care of the work at a fair price and in a timely fashion. I ended up getting a successful offer on the house the first day it was on the market. I would highly recommend Larry Overstreet to anyone else trying to sell a house.

Subj: Testimonial; case of Larry Overstreet for the sale of the Lucile A. Green Properties, Roxboro, NC 27573
During the period February 17, 2011 to July 26, 2011 Larry Overstreet, TBS Realty, Inc. was the real estate agent for the sale of the Lucile A. Green properties located at the vicinity of 511 Chub Lake Road, Roxboro, N.C. For six months prior, the sale of the Green Estate had been the responsibility of another real estate agency without any positive results.
Upon assumption of his responsibilities, Larry Overstreet wasted little time developing and applying an aggressive sales strategy. Additionally, he constantly updated his strategy, ensuring it was continuously consistent with the requirements of potential buyers as well as the desires of the seller. In time his vast real estate experience and knowledge combined with his extraordinary ingenuity and determined efforts proved crucial in the sale of these properties.
Most notable of Larry´s talents was his ability to quickly gain the assurance of his clients through the prompt development and implementation of creative strategies and plans. Additionally, he conveyed a clear understanding of potential obstacles with options to avoid or contest them if encountered. His knowledge seemingly enabled him to be one step ahead, always anticipating his next move thus avoiding failure. During a time when real estate sales in Person County were at markedly low levels, Larry was the one constant, always comprehending and communicating, and in the end realizing the requirements of both the seller and the buyer. Without question, hiring Larry Overstreet was key in selling the Lucile A. Green properties.
